We are hiring a Program Manager who will be working on Publicly Available Information (PAI) management and creating technology policies around network and information security policy. This is a policy centric job, not a highly technical position, whereby candidate will work to develop IT policy forums, network security policy, network monitoring policy and other cyber and information integrity policies.
Daily duties may entail writing/reviewing/editing Army PAI POLICY / doctrine and reviewing with action officers within OSD and J8/Joint Staff, Special Operations, policy and guidance. Candidate will also participate in staff discussions on policy, coordinate with high-level stakeholders, review social media tools, compliance issues, training and education.
Candidate will also be preparing and disseminating materials, creating meeting minutes, helping with CONOPS, Execution Orders, EXSUMs and FRAGOs.
Will be hired with subcontract firm working for Army; will convert to Prime contractor after six months.
Required:
*Pentagon working experience is MANDATORY; Able to work daily at the Pentagon.
*Active Top Secret Clearance; with eligibility for SCI
*10 years’ experience in a Program Manager or similar Federal DoD role, creating information security and MILDEC policies.
*Experience interfacing with multiple commands, missions, headquarters, battalions, Joint Staff or FOBs; creating written documentation, requirements and distributing information to all parties.
*Able to provide examples of specific experience with Government software utilized, like SharePoint, automated toolsets, databases, etc.
*Proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
*MS Degree is MANDATORY
