We are hiring for an Rapid Equipping Specialist/Acquisition-TOP SECRET CLEARED analyst who will be support Army JRAC forward commands, that focus on mobilization support and unusual operations readiness needs for equipment and services for Forward Operating Bases (FOBs).  

Duties include planning, researching, budgeting for Army Staff Divisions IAW AR 71-9 by locating and fulfilling Joint Urgent Operations Needs Statements (JUONS); Rapid Equipping Force(REFs); Rapid deployment (RDERs); Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFIs) to counter Emergent Threat Initiatives. 

Provide support for US Army equities in preparation for Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), Joint Rapid Acquisitions Cell (JRAC), Warfighter Senior Integration Groups, Quarterly Reviews etc.

Required:

*Experience working at the Pentagon is MANDATORY!!  Able to report to the Pentagon, DAILY is also required..

*5 years’ experience in locating and procuring [preferably, hard to find] articles/equipment and services for FOBs.   

*Experience working with senior Army, OSD, Joint Staff, Major Commands/HQ level).  

 *Good writing and database use including familiarity with ETMS2 and writing EXSUMS, FRAGOS, etc. for senior officer or secretary of defense review

 *4 year college degree
