Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to image, move user data and install and troubleshoot software at users' desk; Windows 7 to 10 upgrades and deployment of new machines. Diagnoses and resolves moderate end-user hardware/software problems including remote access software. Performs new computer configuration and coordinates the workstation upgrade/replacement process.
*2 years' experience with supporting Windows operating system with a strong understanding of network components.
*2 years experience with Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office 2016 and SCCM imaging.
*2 years of domain and Active Directory experience.
*Experience using ServiceNow or other call tracking software.
*Experience with McAfee security tools.
*Associate Degree and 2 years of experience
*BS Degree in computer science.
