We are hiring for a Policy Analyst who will be setting Explosives Ordinance Disposal [as well as bomb squad] policies for interagency Government entities. The goal is to hire someone who has experience doing hands-on Ordinance Disposal and has since become experienced in setting EOD policies within their organizations. In this role candidates will need to have policy writing skills, and have experience in creating and setting standards for EOD across interagency and interservice, and often, disparate military entities.

As part of the responsibilities, all applicants will be expected to be able to communicate with army personnel and superiors using standard military accepted communications tools and methods, such as preparing/writing EXSUMS, EXORDS, FORM 5’s, ETMS2 [and working with taskers who don’t have access to ETMS2]. Candidates will be expected to have familiarity with secured systems over the NIPR and SIPR networks.

Requirements:
*Active TS/SCI clearance
*10 years’ experience in field Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) duties within the Army.
*Experience in Policy Writing
*EOD Master Badge Qualified
*Have successfully completed/graduated from NAVSCHEOD
*Familiar 2 or more C-IED /EOD policies and standards such as AR 11-41, AR 75-14 & 15, DA PAM 611-105, AR 611-105, JP 3-42, ATP 4-32, DoDD 5160.62E or CJCSI 2700.01G
*4 Year College Degree
