We are looking for a technical, full life cycle IT/Engineering recruiter who will be recruiting for advanced aerospace/defense positions. Candidate will be working with managers, sourcing and qualifying candidates using Internet databases, internal and external referrals for experienced candidates.
*5 years’ experience as a contract or agency recruiter, recruiting in IT and Manufacturing (Cyber Security, RF, Electronic Warfare, etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to recruit IT and Manufacturing skill sets (Engineer to lower level manufacturing) and candidates with various DoD clearances.
*Good full life cycle recruiting skills including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, etc.
*Experience in all the current best methods for finding passive candidates (Social Media, LinkedIn, web databases, Indeed, etc. ), as well as experience working closely with hiring managers', and using an ATS system.
*Strong MS Office skills
*Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Social Sciences
*OFCCP regulations experience
*AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter certifications.
*Aerospace/Defense recruitment experience
*Able to find the “needle in a haystack” candidates
