Per diem Yes split available that can net about 1000 extra per month to cover lodging

Shifts Every other Fri is off (9x80)
Notes Some travel, about 10% of the time

 


We are hiring for a contract to hire manufacturing scheduler with Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.  Candidate will conduct Integrated Planning/Scheduling to prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet our aerospace program objectives.


 


Daily duties will include major projects and program schedule creation, management, forecasting, mile-posting, generating/maintaining detailed, dynamic product development schedules and resource plans with summarized roll-ups and plans horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including but not limited to finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.


 


Candidate will also monitor program schedule performance, ensure KPIs are met, conduct risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. May use tools such as Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Updates and prepares reports for customers.


 


Required:
*8 years’ experience as a Scheduler/Production Planner with Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
*Master Plan/Schedule(IMP,IMS) and Risk Analysis (SRA)
*DoD experience; DI-MGMT-81861B and IPMDAR experience
*Ability to apply and obtain a Secret Clearance upon starting; US Citizens Only please.
*Bachelor's Degree


 


Pluses:
*MS Project or Deltek Corba experience; PMP/EVP Certification
*Familiar with tools like Milestones Professional, Barbecana (Full Monte), or WBS Pro
*Six Sigma or Green Belt certification; RCCA (Root Cause) understanding.
