We are hiring for an Operations Analyst (OA) will be responsible for providing statistical modelling data to mid-level military personnel, to assist in their Mission decision-making processes.

Daily duties may include designing, building and conducting analysis trades and studies, working with program management and existing operations analysis personnel to determine the right approach and metrics and verifying the intent and outcomes match with customer needs.

Candidate will also be expected to provide guidance to more junior analysts with less or limited experience performing OA studies. Applicant will also be responsible for creating and presenting briefing material, such as slides, reports and conclusions for internal and external customers.

Other typical days include incumbent understanding of how engagement level results are translated to mission level, thus providing context for metrics calculations. It would not be unusual to prepare briefing results to high level customers and management, preparing presenting charts and conclusions.

Required:
*5 years’ experience in an Operational Analyst or Informational Planning (IO) type role within the Federal/Government or Military arenas
*Experience with one or more of the following mission level modelling software tools: AFSIM, DIADS or NGTS
*Ability to create Matlab scripts for data reduction and visualization, automating various analysis
*Experience presenting materials to groups and comfortable with writing documentation requirements and distributing information; EXSUMs, EXORDS, FRAGOs.
*Active Secret Clearance
*4 year Engineering Degree or similar

Plus:
*Strong AFSIM, depth of knowledge/experience including plugins and scripts
*Python, C++, C# experience
*Experience briefing program management and customers
*Prime contractor working experience
*Active TS/SCI clearance
