We are hiring for a Quality Engineer who will be performing auditing of our quality systems for deficiencies, taking corrective actions, ensure acceptable reliability standards are met, and documentation is compliant with requirements.

Particular attention may be to design and test new processes for incoming material quality checking and product evaluation and/or reliability, actually conducting quality assurance tests, conduct statistical analysis and determining what materials do/do not meet required standards and specifications.

Daily duties may consist of working with management, planners, manufacturing or process engineers to meet the overall goal of ensuring quality standards are in place. Candidate may need to become certified in LEAN or Six-Sigma quality engineering methodologies.

Required:
*10+ years in conducting quality audits and measuring and improving deficiencies.
*Experience in making Corrective Actions and meeting Reliability Standards as well as documenting conformance/non conformances.
*Experience in using a QMS system.
*Familiar with AS9100, AS9102, LEAN or Six Sigma
*4 year degree
