We are hiring for 3 positions, from Early Career to Senior level, RF Engineers. The candidates we seek will be planning, designing, testing and implementing wireless radio systems used in military applications. The work will involve studies and models of radio wave propagation, line of sight path analysis (MW), determining possible interference, frequency bleed, licensing and frequency coordination, radio (including cellular) tower and equipment room design/layout. An important part of this position is not just the understanding, studying and design of RF and effects influencing radio waves, but also the fact that these systems are not designed for commercial use, but for military and harsh and hostile environments. So additional factors might be heat or thermal considerations, dust, moisture, mechanical, survivability, etc.
*2-10 years’ experience in design of Radio /RF transmitters and associated equipment.
*Experience using RF simulation tools including AWR, HFSS, ADS and Visual System Simulator.
*Knowledge experience of general RF parameters including S-parameters, Noise Figure, Intercept point, Compression, Spurious and Phase Noise
*Experience troubleshooting on an RF test bench including testing, tuning, debugging and optimize lab/prototype circuitry and related components.
*Able to apply and gain a Secret Clearance upon starting; US Citizens only please.
*Experience working in DoD, Military or aerospace
*Understanding of RF architecture or electro-magnetic analysis
*Experience in writing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
*Active Secret Clearance
