We are seeking an early career Systems Engineer who has skills including requirements development using DOORS, system/design analysis, and specification writing that we will utilize for our DoD project located in Marion, MA.

The project entails working with military ordinance segment that involves working with torpedoes, targets, and sensors on our MK48 torpedo program.

We are expecting that the candidate needs not be versed in torpedos or ordinance, but to perform in a lead role to in systems engineering life cycle including requirements analysis, development and derivation, design oversight to ensure compliance to requirements, integration and qualification testing (IV&V), followed by introduction of final products into production and production support.

Daily duties will involve working with various program leads, managers, core staff, in an IPT environment.

Required:
*Experience as a Systems Engineer developing requirements using DOORs
*Experience in Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and conducting Trade Studies.
*Verification and Validation (V&V) experience
*Generation and use of technical engineering metrics associated with System Engineering lifecycle
*Active Interim or Secret Clearance; US Citizen only please
*BS Degree

Pluses:

*Naval System Engineering Experience

*Preparation/Presentation of materials supporting System Engineering Technical Reviews such as SRR/SFR/SSR/PDR/CDR/TRR/FCA/PCA.
