Our client is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Assembler to assemble electronic components, subassemblies by following specific written instructions. Specifically wire bonding and die mounting in a Class7 cleanroom environment.

Required:

*Experience wire bonding and die mounting in a cleanroom environment

*Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education
